As a group we can see that the new Short Sale Process will be crucially important in 2010. Here at KCM we believe that having timely information on this issue is vital to our community, so we have added a special feature tab at the top of the page designated solely for the latest Short Sale information and updates.
In this tab we will include the most current short sale information, internal and external links that can give you a broader depth of knowledge about this process and how it is being affected, and insightful quotes from leaders in the short sale process.
We plan to have a FAQ post in the next two weeks to help answer all the questions we have been receiving from agents, loan officers, sellers and buyers.
